zp999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the zp999 platform, including the website accessible at zp999.biz, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any other services operated under the zp999 brand (collectively, "the Platform" or "zp999"). These Terms are entered into between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and the zp999 operating entity ("zp999", "we", "us", "our").

By creating a zp999 account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the zp999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other supplementary policies or game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and zp999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the zp999 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Identity: You must be a real individual human being and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. You must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Mental Capacity: You must be acting of your own free will, be of sound mental capacity, and not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when placing wagers.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from zp999 or any affiliated platform. Individuals who have requested self-exclusion are prohibited from creating new accounts and must not attempt to circumvent such exclusions.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or close family member of a person in any such role at zp999 or its software and service providers where such person has access to information that could provide unfair advantage in gameplay.

zp999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Any account found to have been registered or operated in breach of these eligibility requirements will be immediately terminated, and all balances — including both real-money deposits and any bonus amounts — may be forfeited at zp999's discretion.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on zp999, you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and accurate date of birth information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on zp999 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, devices, household addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zp999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to void any pending or processed bonus claims or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All zp999 accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear photograph of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both the front and reverse sides — for identity and age verification purposes. zp999's compliance team processes KYC submissions typically within 10 to 60 minutes. Accounts pending KYC may continue to play but cannot withdraw until verification is completed and approved.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zp999 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. All transactions and activities conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and zp999 shall not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify zp999 immediately via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT TRC-20 cryptocurrency. All transactions on zp999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except for USDT transactions, which are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on zp999 is Rs 200. Deposits credited to your account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. zp999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independent of zp999. zp999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that are identified as fraudulent, made from third-party accounts, or otherwise suspicious.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("same method rule"), subject to the availability of that method for outbound transactions. zp999 processes withdrawal requests in the following indicative timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 5 to 30 minutes from approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / Bank Alfalah: 2 to 24 hours from approval
• USDT TRC-20: 10 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation

These timelines are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or compliance review. zp999 does not guarantee processing within these windows and cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

zp999 is committed to compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. zp999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, to suspend withdrawals pending investigation, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts identified as being used for money laundering activity will be immediately terminated and referred to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through zp999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the specific terms applicable to the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of credit. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at lower rates than slot games. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

Where bonus abuse is identified, zp999 reserves the right to void any bonus balance and associated winnings, to close the account, and to bar the individual from future promotional eligibility.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All games available through the zp999 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by any previous game results, player identity, account balance, or any other external factor.

Live dealer games are operated in real time by human dealers and are subject to the rules applicable to the specific table and game variant selected. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on zp999's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

Sports betting markets on zp999, including cricket betting, are governed by the applicable sporting event rules and zp999's sportsbook settlement rules, published separately. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, the decision of zp999's trading team shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zp999 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without liability to zp999:

• Registering or operating more than one account on zp999
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or using an account while being under the age of 21
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with zp999 games or betting markets
• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with zp999 software, games, or security measures
• Exploiting software errors or glitches — any winnings derived from known or suspected errors must be reported and may be voided
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker variants
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in relation to deposits made to zp999
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zp999 staff or other players via any communication channel

8. Responsible Gaming

zp999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We make the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players via the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your zp999 account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling period.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zp999 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of the zp999 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zp999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zp999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the zp999 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business, whether or not zp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zp999's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to zp999 in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The zp999 Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your zp999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any real-money balance held in your account (excluding bonus balances and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

zp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or supplementary policies
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against zp999
• Regulatory requirements or court orders requiring account closure
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe

In the event of account termination for cause, zp999 may, at its discretion, withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited and referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute between you and zp999 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact zp999's support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. The majority of player disputes are resolved at first-contact level within 24 to 48 hours.

If an informal resolution cannot be achieved within 14 days of your initial contact, the dispute may be escalated to the formal dispute resolution process as set out in zp999's licensing framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body and process are available from the support team upon request.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zp999's operating licence jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

zp999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zp999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the contact address on file, via a notification within the player account portal, or by prominent notice on the zp999 website.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the zp999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
